The bridge in Uthammar’s marina is also a popular bathing place.
A bathing ladder facilitates bathing from the bridge. The water is very deep here, so you can safely dive and jump into the water from the bridge. The water can reach temperatures up to 24°C in the summer.
Uthammar was a stone quarry back in the days. The old blacksmith workshop is still there in Uthammar’s marina.

If you rent a boat, or if you bring your own boat with you, we have a dock where you can dock your boat at no additional cost.

Next to the beach is a dog bath. Look for the big rock on the other side, makes is easy to find when walking on the small path there. See more here.

Next to the path to the beach is another path that goes through a golf course and Figeholm’s camping to the town Figeholm, a 15 minute bike ride or a half hour walk to the local pizza restaurant and grocery store Coop.
Deer and other wildlife often visit Villa Ängen.

The whole hill outside the house is covered with blueberry bushes. You cannot get more fresh blueberries for your breakfast, it’s just to go outside and pick ’em!
